In two of its three occurrences, 'shove' occurs in the context of justice denied or shoved away: 

 

                                            I sent your Grace

37 The which hath been with scorn shov'd from the court,

Offense's gilded hand may [shove] by justice,
                                                (Ham.3.3.58)

The third occurrence does not fit this pattern (Ant.1.2.126).
